Wizard Dialog

From Excel click...

QXL Stat Tools Tab > QFD Wizard > (Start Wizard / Next Step)

This is the easiest way to complete the QFD system (one PCM plus four Houses of Quality).

Wizard Dialog

  1. The image on the top of the dialog represents the current step.

  2. Number of rows: Edit box where the user enters the number of customer requirements for the new HOQ. The number is in the range between 2 and 250. (Trial version is limited to four rows.)

  3. Number of columns: Edit box where the user enters the number of product characteristics for the new HOQ. The number is in the range between 2 and 250. (Trial version is limited to four columns.)

  4. Area check boxes: Use check boxes to turn on/off the display for each HOQ area.

  5. Image on the left: Click each part of the image to turn on/off the display for each HOQ area.

  6. Prior Worksheet Combo Box: READ ONLY. The Wizard automatically selects the prior worksheet (PCM or HOQ) for the new HOQ. The output from the prior worksheet represents the input for the new HOQ.

  7. Help Button: Brings up this Help.

  8. Cancel Button: Return to Excel, making no changes.

  9. Ok Button: Return to Excel and create the new HOQ.
