Error PCM or HOQ Not Defined

Message: "Error! There is no PCM or HOQ defined in the worksheet where it is supposed to be."

The worksheet is supposed to contain either a PCM or HOQ, but it doesn't. The most likely reason is that someone has deleted names in that worksheet. Names are necessary for either PCM or HOQ to work.
