Error HOQ doesn't exist

Message: "Error! House of Quality doesn't exist in the Excel worksheet. You first must create a new one for this sheet!"

You are trying to modify a HOQ in a worksheet that doesn't contain a HOQ. If there is a HOQ, but this error occurred, that means that someone has deleted names in that worksheet. Names are necessary for either PCM or HOQ to work.
