QXL Stat Tools Tab > FMEA > Insert > Failure Cause

Insert Cause Dialog

Use this option to add Failure Cause(s) in selected Failure Mode of selected group.

  1. Number of Causes to insert: Enter the number of failure causes that will be inserted in the selected failure mode (must be an integer greater than 0).
