Error No PCM

Message: "Error! PCM Matrix doesn't exist in the Excel worksheet. Please create a PCM first!"

This error occurs when you try to modify a PCM in the sheet where a PCM doesn't exist already. If you see a PCM in the sheet, and this error is shown, that means that someone may have deleted names in that worksheet. Names are necessary for either PCM or HOQ to work.
